RESIDENTS, business operators and the developer of a low-cost shop-apartment complex in Taman Indah Murni, Segambut Tengah, will have to set up 18 joint management bodies (JMB) to manage and maintain the buildings.
Kuala Lumpur City Hall’s (DBKL) Corporate Planning Department director Norhaslinda Nordin said the development was built on 18 plots, with each comprising one shop and six residential units.
