Traffic congestion outside the arrival hall and exit of the Penang International Airport with long queues of vehicles waiting to pick up passengers leaving the airport.
The RM90mil multi-storey car park at Penang International Airport (PIA) is expected to be completed by November and flight passengers and motorists have to bear with the inconvenience at the terminal until end of this year.
PIA senior manager Mohd Nadzim Hashim said once the project, which is now 20% complete, wraps up, it would double the present parking spaces at the airport.
