NEWLY formed Penang Heart Society is calling on the federal and state governments to revive an abandoned plan to build a heart specialist centre at the Penang Hospital.
Its chairman Datuk Lawrence Cheah said the construction of the heart centre, to be located behind the main hospital building, was long overdue.
