MELAKA: The state government has allocated RM60,000 to help 300 less fortunate people in the state prepare for the upcoming Christmas celebration.

State Women, Family Development, Social Welfare and Orang Asli Affairs Committee chairman Ginie Lim Siew Lin said the aid, through the Social Welfare Department, was channelled to a targeted group that included senior citizens, the disabled and single mothers.
