Clear the mess, says DBKL

KUALA Lumpur City Hall’s appointed contractor for the pipe upgrading project to mitigate flash floods in Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, have been given a strong telling off for leaving behind construction materials at the project site and allowing them to rot and seep into the drains.

DBKL Civil Engineering and Urban Transportation Department senior deputy director Abdul Hamid Surip said the contractor Tetuan Katanga Drummond Resources Sdn Bhd was instructed to clear up the site immediately.
