A STATE executive councillor had the august House in stitches over his ‘condom sale’ remarks.

It began with Dr Afif Bahardin (PH-Seberang Jaya) being questioned by Jason H’ng Mooi Lye (PH-Jawi) whether eatery operators could still be allowed to sell cigarettes when smoking would be banned at such premises starting next year.
