Coming together for a cause

Sherman Tan will be singing for a cause as he joins his band K-OZ and six others at a charity event in aid of those hit by the Sulawesi tsunami.

WHETHER it is in aid of one of their own, or if it is to reach out to the community-at-large, Malaysian musicians are always willing to chip in and lend a hand for a charitable cause.

Tonight is no different, with the near-legendary Sherman Tan joining venue Hugo’s KL for a live fundraiser to support victims of the Sulawesi tsunami. Proceeds from the event will be channelled to Mercy Malaysia to be used on behalf of the victims.
