SEMPORNA: The state government hopes to set up a new domestic airline to provide connectivity within Sabah, Sarawak and also Brunei.

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said there was a need for more efficient air connectivity as there were too many delays and cancellations by current airlines operating local routes.
