Zazali hopes to collect the tens of millions of ringgit in unpaid assessments and compounds.
RATEPAYERS have until Nov 30 to settle their assessment arrears or risk having their properties sealed or even auctioned off, said Seremban Municipal Council president Datuk Zazali Salehudin.
He said the council was left with no other option but to take drastic action as defaulters owed it almost RM35mil in unpaid assessment bills.
