Youth more open to organ donation

NEARLY 40% of donors who signed up for the organ donation pledge are aged between 21 and 30.

Based on the statistics by National Transplant Resource Centre up to August this year, out of the total 424,143 people who registered as organ donors, 169,070 were those in the younger age group.
