THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has erected eye-catching signboards along bicycle lanes leading towards the Jambatan Harapan.
With the help of local artist Mohd Azmi Mohd Hussin, better known as ME, ordinary signboards were injected with a dose of humour and liveliness.
