Change in store for park’s Zumba fans


Participants of the aerobicthon challenge enjoying more than an hour of aerobic workouts led by several instructors.

THERE is a possibility the free weekly Zumba dance fitness sessions at Taman Persekutuan in Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, will be discontinued at the end of this year.

“Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has been supporting the programme and sponsoring the instructors’ fees for the past 15 years,” said Chong Yoke Mei, who helped organise an “aerobics challenge” for the participants of the weekly sessions.
