THE Royal Floria Putrajaya flower and garden festival is coming back to the Anjung Floria Event Centre in Presint 4, from Aug 25 to Sept 2.
At an event to announce the festival, Federal Territories minister Khalid Abdul Samad said a one-year hiatus was due to insufficient funds.
