KUALA LUNPUR: Small traders who had their stalls seized by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) in a pre-dawn raid 11 months ago were overwhelmed with joy to be back in business at the original spot.
In the raid on Sept 17, 2017, a total of eight stalls at the corner of Jalan Tun Sambanthan were carted away, following a purported letter from the Prime Minister’s Office to DBKL to remove the stalls.
