5,000 take part in National Day event

Some of the 5,000 people who took part in events to mark the month-long National Day festivities in Labuan.

LABUAN: More than 5,000 people participated in the “Kempen Kibar Jalur Gemilang” and “Pelancaran Kembara Merdeka” held here in conjunction with the launch of the national-level National Day month and hoisting of the Jalur Gemilang 2018.

The islandwide convoy which kicked off and concluded at the Labuan Food Court Building was jointly organised by the Labuan Information Department and Labuan Corporation with the cooperation of agencies under the Communications and Multimedia Ministry, Bernama and RTM Labuan.
