High hopes for traffic plan

PERSIARAN Kewajipan is arguably one of the most congested roads in all of Subang Jaya, particularly during rush hour.

In the morning, cars heading out of USJ endure a 1km crawl for up to half an hour. In the evening, cars entering Subang endure a 3km crawl on the flyover for close to an hour.
