GEORGE TOWN: Two activists pleaded for lower bail in a magistrate’s court here after being jointly charged with obstructing a civil servant from carrying out her duty.
R. Karthiges, 36, and M. Nathan, 30, were jointly accused of preventing the officer from sealing units at the People’s Housing Projects (PPR) in Rifle Range at 11.30am on June 5.
