EASTERN and Oriental Bhd (E&O) added SK Convent Pulau Tikus to its Think Green programme in Penang with the establishment of a food garden aimed at connecting children with nature.

The 1.5sq m patch in the school compound is a vegetable bed filled with herbs and greens such as spinach, Vietnamese coriander, pandan, turmeric and ginger.
