MELAKA: Local councils should work with the local media to create awareness among the public on how to channel complaints in order for these to be resolved fast, said Melaka Communications, Multimedia, Youth Development and Sports Committee chairman Kerk Chee Yee.
Kerk said the complainants should be informed on how to file complaints properly and through the proper channels so that their complaints could be quickly resolved.
