SUNGAI Pinang assemblyman Lim Siew Khim has a viable and effective way of helping single mothers living at the People’s Housing Project (PPR) in River Road, Penang.

She set up a bakery within the flat’s compound to equip them with baking skills so that they can earn a decent income in the future.
