Cut red tape, expand PTPK loan approval, say training institutes


THE Selangor Skills Training Centres Association (SSTCA) has urged the Human Resources Ministry to cut the red tape and to expand the approval of loans from the PTPK Skill funds to students enrolling in training institutes.

SSTCA president Ayapan Muniandy said bureaucratic delay was affecting the operation of training institutes, with many unable to operate at the optimum level due to funding problems among students.
