A FEW Pandan Jaya residents, frustrated with cracks appearing in their homes as a result of pipe installation works, are considering suing the contractor for negligence.

The work was carried out for a project under the Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry (KeTTHA) to fix a new network of sewerage pipes in populated areas.
