THE Empire Hotel Subang’s Kitchen Art Brasserie is holding its “Pembuka Sajian Desa” dinner buffet this festive season with a feast of Malay traditional cuisine and the chef’s signature specials from May 17 to June 14.
Diners and guests can experience anticipation upon arrival at the Kitchen Art Brasserie as live music by the Seri Alam Ghazal Band greets them at the hotel lobby on Level 2, where the restaurant is located.
