BARISAN Nasional candidate for Sungai Pelek state seat, Datuk Ng Chok Sin is flouting convention by presenting himself as a cartoon character in his election campaign.

His operations room near the MCA headquarters in Jalan Besar has a huge signboard featuring him sitting on a tandem bicycle in a cartoon drawing.
