BUKIT Beruntung and Bukit Sentosa residents would have got a new fire station if the state government had not rejected a proposal to build the facility there, claimed Barisan Nasional candidate for the Batang Kali state seat, Datuk Mat Nadzari Ahmad Dahlan.

“We proposed to build a RM3mil fire station but we hit a snag as the state’s premium for the land went into millions of ringgit.
