THE studios at Genovasi d.school were filled with enthusiasm as a group of public service personnel underwent a five-day Design Thinking Innovation Ambassador (DTIA) programme.

Divided into eight teams with each team headed by a Design Thinking (DT) coach, the 44 participants were given a project challenge, to redesign the personal safety in public spaces.
