Aussies learn about Sabah


The students from Perth had a great learning experience in Sabah, including the opportunity to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.

KOTA KINABALU: The rich culture, opportunity to speak Bahasa Malaysia and a shared history prompted 19 secondary school students from Down Under to choose the Land Below the Wind for their school trip.

The students from Kalamunda Senior High School and Governor Stirling Senior High School in Perth went to popular locales such as the Mari-Mari Cultural Village, Kinabalu Park, Poring Hot Springs, Kiulu Countryside, Tempasuk River and Nanamun River.
