BUILDING another hospital in Balik Pulau would be the main agenda for Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya if he is chosen as a candidate for the Balik Pulau parliamentary seat again.
He said a bigger hospital with 600 beds and better facilities was much needed in the constituency.
