TO ignite the reading culture among the young and old, Penang Public Library Corpora-tion (PPAPP) has opened its first ‘Book House’ (Rumah Buku) in Jalan Baru, Prai.

Housing storybooks, magazines, toys, a television, two computers and Lego blocks as well as arts and crafts among others, the homely atmosphere makes it a perfect place to relax and unwind.
