Some of the houses in Hutan Melintang were in deplorable condition as the home owners did not have money to repair them.
THE Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) under the Prime Minister’s Department has identified between 200 and 300 poverty-stricken households in Hutan Melintang near Teluk Intan.
This came as a follow-up to the E-Kasih Poverty Eradication programme held there late last month by the MIC.
