Council gets new high tech coach

PENANG Island City Council (MBPP) has bought a new 40-seater bus to transport city councillors and its staff members to official events.

MBPP management services director Mohamed Akbar Mustapha said the made-in-Sweden bus costs RM620,000 and it is equipped with high tech functions like closed circuit television cameras, USB ports at every passenger seat for charging gadgets and two television sets with a speaker and microphone system.
