KOTA KINABALU: National Registration Department (JPN) director-general Datuk Mohammad Razin Abdullah aims to enhance its delivery system and outreach programmes to ease registration procedures for people in rural areas.
Razin, who visited the KK Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) JPN here, said the department would strive to provide better service to the public.
