RESIDENTS of Penang Silver Jubilee Home For The Aged enjoyed an early Winter Solstice Festival celebration, thanks to Penang MCA Wanita and the MCA Bayan Baru division.
Seventeen residents, with the eldest at 83, also took part in a tang yuan (glutinous rice ball making) contest.
