Curtin Malaysia students donate essentials to orphanage

MIRI: A group of eight business students of Curtin University, Malaysia donated foodstuff and other daily essentials, purchased with profits they made from an entrepreneurship competition to Kompleks Kebajikan Hamidah Yakup in Bandar Baru Permyjaya recently.

Business students Ling Kah Lung, Angel Ling Sin Yew, Angie Pua Jia Chi, Bil Lee Yuan, Crystaul Lau Sie Jing, Fiona Lau Ai Ling, Li Vun Seng and Lim Shia Jing decided to use the proceeds from the sale of their “Dessert Wonderland” homemade healthy desserts and fresh juices during the inaugural Curtin Malaysia Entrepreneurship Carnival in October for charity.
