Hackathon heroes emerge

THE day certainly turned out well for Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman’s team BEAMS when they were crowned champion in the TADHack Local category of the Telecom Application Development Hackathon Kuala Lumpur (TADHack KL) 2017.

Held at Digi Malaysia Headquarters in Subang Jaya, team members Tan De Zhern, Chong Zan-Wei, Gerald Lee Sze Inn, Low Wei Leong and Cheong Pei Bin – all of whom are Utar Faculty of Information Communication and Technology alumni – received a cash prize of US$500 (RM2,045).
