Widow in dire straits seeks PR status

JOHOR BARU: An Indonesian widow is appealing to the Government to grant her permanent resident (PR) status. Her Malaysian husband passed away due to cancer last year.

Erwati, 42, said she first put in an application in 2014, before her husband of 17 years died of lung cancer on Sept 24, 2016.
