A SALES assistant remained calm as he toyed with a scammer for about 15 minutes while recording the conversation before having the phone slammed down on him.

Wanting to be known as Ho, the 37-year-old said the scammer called on Oct 15 about an outstanding credit card debt incurred from a shopping spree in a Kuala Lumpur shopping centre on Aug 21.
