EVEN though the Festival of Lights is fast approaching, the business prospects are hardly brighter than usual at the moment for traders in Ipoh’s Little India area.

While the area is traditionally the go-to place for the Indian community during festive seasons, many traders interviewed by MetroPerak said that the rainy weather has been affecting their business.
