GEORGE TOWN: The barely completed Mutiara Ria low-cost flats in Bandar Jelutong will be demolished after it was found that the raw materials used in its construction did not comply with specification.
The project which started in April, 2015, was supposed to be completed in August but work only reached the second storey thus far.
