IT was truly a 1Malaysia celebration as guests donned various traditional costumes to mark the 64th installation ceremony of the Taiping Inner Wheel Club.
Aptly held on Sept 16, the ceremony saw those present being delighted by a medley of dances based on all the various cultural dances.
