Bercham Flats in sorry state

Low putting up a notice on the door of the Bercham Flats management committee former office to inform residents of an emergency general meeting this Sunday.

SINCE earlier this year, residents at the Bercham Flats near the Econsave hypermarket in Taman Sri Bercham, Ipoh, have been living in deplorable conditions after its management committee decided to cease operations.

Clogged drains, dirty surrounding, unkempt undergrowth, damaged rubbish chutes and other broken facilities are just some of the issues the residents of the flats now face.
