A FAMILY of seven who have been living in a deplorable storeroom behind a food stall in Kampung Pasir Baru, Kuala Lumpur for the past two years can now look forward to a brighter future.

Former lorry driver Shahdi Abdullah, his wife Farizah Ibrahim and their five children have been living in the storeroom of a friend after they were evicted from their kampung house in Puchong, in 2016.
