BESIDES the flood woes, some 400 residents living on three plots of land in Kampung Shaik Madar in Ayer Itam, Penang, are seeking better infrastructure and facilities for the village.

They also highlighted the right of ownership for the traditional village houses during a Penang Island City Council (MBPP) Visioning workshop recently.
