KHOO Ka Leong’s creativity in expressing his love for Penang through poster colour painting paid off when he won a special prize in Gerakan’s ‘Love Penang Save Penang’ logo design competition.
The 18-year-old student from SMJK Phor Tay said his logo design depicted the hopes of Penangites.
