1 Today Goh is an antique lover, ardent gardener and still singing.2 Goh’s first TV appearance as a contestant at the first elimination round of Bakat TV in 1972 with Datuk Ooi Yeow Jin at the organ.3 Goh was one of the very few Chinese singers who sang Malay traditional songs.4 Goh’s most recent performance at Auditorium DBKL this month in a tribute concert to Tan Sri S.M. Salim.

Singer Datuk Andre Goh developed his love of pantun like this while growing up in Kampung Pantai Belimbing, Malacca.
