THE Ramadan buffet at Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur has always been a grand affair, from as far back as 20 years ago when it was still known as the Pan Pacific.
Today, while diners may take delight in the sight of a whole rack of lamb roasting on a spit, hotel staff who have been with the establishment from its early days say this is but a pared down version of what the kitchen team used to do.
