The Citarasa Ramadan buffet at Terraza Brasserie in Dorsett Grand Subang presents a nostalgic kampung setting. The buffet has local delicacies such as Roasted Whole Lamb with mandy rice, briyani gam with a choice of lamb, chicken, beef or seafood, steamed red talapia or pomfret served with oriental sauce or homemade soy sauce as well as the Malaysian favourite of sup gearbox with roti benggala. There are also classic Turkish ice cream with durian, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate flavours. An array of local and Western desserts as well as premium dates from the Middle East, fresh fruits, teh tarik and bread butter pudding and selections of traditional kuih will also be available during Ramadan. The Sri Kenchana Ghazal performs nightly at Melati Room on Level 1. The promotion at Terazza Brasserie is priced at RM165 nett per person (adult), RM83 nett per person (child) and RM132 nett per person (senior citizen) and at the Melati Room, it is RM155 nett per person (adult), RM78 nett per person (child) and RM124 nett per person (senior citizen).
