Chef Alfredo Russo of Dolce Stil Novo from Italy will create a sensory dining experience from Aug 31 to Sept 2 at The St Regis Kuala Lumpur. Russo’s creative flair and elegant food with exquisitely balanced flavours will showcase his signature appetiser Oyster Ice Cream as part of a four-course lunch (RM338 nett or RM438 nett with wine pairing) and six-course dinner (priced at RM438 nett or RM588 nett with wine pairing) at the hotel’s French-Mediterranean dining venue, The Brasserie.
