THROUGHOUT dinner, winemaker Carlos Moro kept emphasising that Carlos Moro Bodegas y Vinedos, his ninth vineyard and the only one bearing his name, would be his last.

“We have been doing this for more than three generations, but since this is going to be my final project, I want it to be the best I have ever done,” said Moro.
