AMPANG Jaya municipality's first mini stadium will be completed by the end of November, pending additions to the original plan, said Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) president Abdul Hamid Abdul Hussain.
He said from MPAJ's surplus budget, the council had decided to include four stadium lighting masts, which would serve as flood lights.
